HS2 Phase 2A Update
Following the recent announcement with regard to HS2 Phase 2A (Faddiley to Crewe), HS2 Ltd are now aiming to deposit the Phase 2A Hybrid Bill in Parliament in 2017 with the aim to have Royal Assent granted by the end of 2019 and this will allow construction to begin in 2020.
BASIC PAYMENT 2015 – UPDATE
A recent update has been published in regards to the payment of Basic Payment claims for 2015.
It is claimed that 47% of claimants have been paid but the majority of those fall within claims ranging between €3,000 to €15,000. A proportion of larger claims (€15,000 – €50,000) have been paid and just 3% of the largest claims (€50,000 plus) have been paid.

Whilst it is noted that a lot of people have not yet received their BPS payment for 2015, if you are one of the claimants that have please be aware of the actions of fraudsters this time of year that have been attempted previously to access your payments.
