Tony Rimmer, Director of Rostons, recently attended a meeting with the Rural Payment Wales User Group to review the latest developments of Rural Payment Wales Online.
Out of this system it is proposed that all Entitlements in 2016 will be transferred online.
The first viewing of the system looks that it will be extremely user friendly and will have the advantage that transfers can take place extremely swiftly.
All transfers on Entitlements will need to be done by 3 May 2016 and is likely that initially transfers will need to be based on the provisional Entitlement value until such time as the full Entitlement value has been ratified by the Welsh Assembly.
