Rostons are proud to report that Tom Selby has recently successfully passed his Central Association of Agricultural Valuers Examination and is now a fellow of CAAV (FAAV). He was the only the only entrant in Cheshire to pass the exam.
Tom Selby passed the highly qualified sought after qualification which involves the practical valuation of farm livestock, dead stock and machinery as well as a tough written paper on the second day.
Tom is now welcomed as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Tom commented “the extensive type and depth of work at Rostons has helped assist with my success and coupled with plenty of revision has helped me to secure my final qualification”.
Tom will now join Tony Rimmer, Sam Catling and Carys Studley at Rostons as qualified Chartered Surveyor & Agricultural Valuer dealing with all aspects of rural professional work.
