Rostons Press Release – Welsh Basic Payment Calculation 2015
The Welsh Government have recently published their updated version of the Basic Payment Scheme payment estimator, following the removal of the one published in September due to concerns about the methodology used and its reliability.
Rostons Press Release – Office to residential permitted development to be made permanent
Planning Housing Minister Brandon Lewis, has announced that the temporary office to residential permanent development (PD) right, that was due to lapse at the end of May 2016, will be made permanent.

Seminar Success

Rostons, Chartered Surveyors and Agricultural Valuers, are taking their roadshow of Basic Payment Seminars around North Wales and Cheshire.
The attendance at these meetings has been significant and it is clear from farmers’ reaction that much of the information relating to the Basic Payment Scheme has not fully sunk in.
2015 Entitlement Trade has Started
Rostons has begun the second period of Entitlement trading for 2015 as SPS entitlement has been rolled over to BPS entitlement on the 1st January 2015.
Deals in the last fortnight have been agreed at £50-£60/ha for English Non SDA and the entitlement team are taking enquiries from both perspective Vendors and Purchasers on a daily basis, discussing all types of Entitlement, Non SDA, SDA and Moorland.
