It has recently been announced by the RPA that they remain on track to pay “the vast majority” of BPS 2015 claimants by the end of January. However, there is no strict detail of what exactly the “vast majority” resembles in terms of number of claimants.

HS2 Phase 2A Update
Following the recent announcement with regard to HS2 Phase 2A (Faddiley to Crewe), HS2 Ltd are now aiming to deposit the Phase 2A Hybrid Bill in Parliament in 2017 with the aim to have Royal Assent granted by the end of 2019 and this will allow construction to begin in 2020.
Exam Success at Rostons
Rostons are proud to report that Tom Selby has recently successfully passed his Central Association of Agricultural Valuers Examination and is now a fellow of CAAV (FAAV). He was the only the only entrant in Cheshire to pass the exam.
