Entitlement Trading Review
Rostons have had a busy entitlement trading period which accelerated towards the transfer deadline for entitlements (15th May) and the Basic Payment Scheme deadline. Deals were still being done on the 15th May to those that were happy to turn paperwork and payment round instantly.
Rostons Exam Success
Tony Rimmer is pleased to report that one of the Rostons Surveyors has successfully passed his exams. Hywel Davies has recently passed his final exam and will now join Tony Rimmer, Tom Selby and Carys Studley in being a Chartered Surveyor and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Young People into Agriculture Scheme
The Welsh Government has recently launched a new grant scheme that will see 150 young farmers under the age of 40 receiving £40,000 each. The deadline for the online Expression of Interest is the 12th June 2018.
HS2 Phase 2B Update: Further Environmental Surveys & Land Interest Questionnaires
HS2 Ltd will shortly be sending out Land Interest Questionnaires to all land owners and occupiers effected by the proposed route to the North of Crewe.
