Rostons have had a busy entitlement trading period which accelerated towards the transfer deadline for entitlements (15th May) and the Basic Payment Scheme deadline. Deals were still being done on the 15th May to those that were happy to turn paperwork and payment round instantly.
A total of 1,275.9ha of both English and Welsh Entitlements were traded from the period of 1st August 2017 to 15th May 2018.
Prices ranged in the early trading period of £160 per ha with a number of last minute deals being done at £95 per ha.
