HS2 Phase 2B – The Need To Sell Scheme
On the 15 November 2016, the Government opened two compensation schemes for HS2, Phase 2B. This includes the Express Purchase Scheme, if your property is within the safeguarded area, or the Need to Sell Scheme.

Grant For Slurry Store Covers
The window for the ammonia reduction grant scheme in England opened on December 1st 2016 and will run until 31st January 2017. This scheme offers payment for slurry store covers and will pay grants up to 100% of the cost.
