Dispute Resolution

Disputes are unfortunately a fact of life, whether it’s matrimonial, partnership dissolution, surrender or fall outs at the end of Tenancy. But fortunately, we know how to deal with them effectively.

Tony Rimmer, Director of Rostons, is an RICS recognised Arbitrator and deals with a number of arbitrations each year. He’s also highly experienced in mediations.

In addition to Tony’s expertise in third-party neutral mediation, we can also support the parties involved with presenting their case.

If a dispute becomes judicial, either through Arbitration or the Courts, we can provide Expert Witness Reports. These can be produced either for the benefit of the Tribunal/Court or directly, in support of the advocate representing you.

But with our proactive and realistic approach to the whole dispute resolution process, we can often resolve matters quickly and avoid the need to go through costly judicial proceedings.
