Tony Rimmer, Director of Rostons, has had another interesting and busy week.
The highlight was undoubtedly a mid-morning breakfast meeting as reported earlier in the week…
it was with half a dozen of the leading dairy farmers from the area, most of which are milking upwards of 250 cows and some over a thousand head.
Phones have equally been busy with numerous calls from Tenants concerned over rent reviews, particularly as Landlords seem to be making contact less than three weeks before the deadline to agree rent and looking for substantial increases.
New jobs this week have included a large amount of compensation claims, a number of valuations and AMC applications which have all led to another hectic but enjoyable week for Tony.
