Tony Rimmer, Director of Rostons, was pleased to find that the system went live on 28 February 2012 as originally scheduled by the RPA.
When so much doom and gloom is written about the RPA, to find that they do deliver on this system is nice to find.
The fact that the RPA on-line system is available some two weeks ahead of the paper forms, allows Agents like Rostons to manage the workload better.
