Rostons continues to grow

Whilst the rural surveying world in Cheshire has seen much change in 2019 with the much-publicised issues within the county. Rostons have bucked the trend with continued organic sustainable growth.

Tony Rimmer, Founding Director of Rostons, is pleased to report that from strong foundations built on the back of providing cost-effective prompt reliable and professional advice to professionals and landowners/occupiers throughout Cheshire and adjoining Counties, the business has continued to grow and now has 7 Qualified Surveyors, 2 Graduates, one of which takes their final exams in the next month and a Placement Student.

Reflecting on the growth, Tony is extremely pleased to have achieved so much over the last 19 years since starting the office way back in 2000.

As a business we remain committed to putting our client’s first, providing professional proactive advice and exceeding our client’s expectations. We would be delighted to assist you or your clients with professional matters, particular areas other than those that are featured in this newsletter where we are becoming more and more involved is Option and Promotion Agreements, Sales of Land by private treaty, auction, tender and we tailor the method of sale to suit the property and the circumstances . With the addition of Andrew Wallace to the team, we are in a position to supply Valuations of live and dead stock and we can do the full remit of Valuations required for either Partnership Disputes, Matrimonial matters or end of year Stock Taking Valuations.

Andrew Wallace has joined the Rostons team with his secretary Jean, after 40 years loyal service to Wright Manley/Wright Marshall.
