In the last week of Entitlement trading the phones got busier as seems to be the case every year. This was further exacerbated by the Panorama programme, with a number people looking to buy entitlements that did not really understand what the whole single payment scheme was about.
Within England Non SDA supply and demand was very well matched with entitlements coming on to the market and being moved the same day.
This year has seen a record trading year for the Rostons team and now with the deadline fast approaching, attention will no doubt turn to Naked Land Deals which are currently trading at between £40 and £50 per acre.
