Kelsall Hill
Kelsall Hill client case study
Kelsall Hill commenced in 2004 from a farm ride, since then we have grown the business to one of the largest equestrian facilities in the North West. Traditionally we as a family have always milked however due the ever increasing pressure and restrictions, we wanted to ensure our enterprises were sustainable for the future and Brexit proof. We took the decision to transform the facilities at Kelsall Hill into the North Wests premier indoor venue for equestrian competitions, however we required funding to do so.
We were aware Rostons were AMC agents in the area and after obtaining some indicative rates and two meetings later we made an application to the AMC to fund our project. We were able to continue our day to day banking with our existing bank and set up a long term loan with the AMC.
The application process was exceptionally simple with a number of supporting documents being requested to ensure the proposal put to the AMC was positive. This involved liaising with Rostons, ourselves and our consultant to produce the application. The application was approved and once complete enabled us to draw down funds when required to finance the project, which is almost complete.
Rostons were integral to the application being supported, due to their understanding of the business and the requirements of the AMC they were able to ensure the loan was successful. They were constantly available and able to assist and provide updates. Since the original AMC application, we have also employed their services for other professional matters and would certainly refer them to others.
