Last year AMC saw an increase of 12% on 2012 in the number of applications for borrowing to farmers.
During 2013 within Cheshire alone AMC granted £9,000,000 worth of funding for a variety of medium and long term investments. It is thought that this increase in business to AMC is due to their long term ‘lend and leave’ approach, whereby there are no annual reviews or fees – AMC simply provides a loan and then leaves the borrower alone to manage their business, unlike many of the high street banks.
AMC is now also providing vehicle funding solutions through hire purchase, personal contract hire and contract hire options.
